Simplicity Limited is a Jersey‑based Microsoft Partner with many years’ experience supporting churches and charities across the Island. We help eligible churches access Microsoft Not for Profit subscriptions, enabling secure, modern ways of working at very low cost. You will be working directly with Peter Colback.
Microsoft 365 Nonprofit Pricing
- Microsoft 365 Business Basic – Free (up to 300 users)
Email, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint (web‑based) - Microsoft 365 Business Standard – approx. £2.30 per user per month
£27.60 per user per year
Full desktop Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, Teams and cloud storage [superhighways.org.uk] - Microsoft 365 Business Premium – approx. £4.20 per user per month
£50.40 per user per year
Everything in Standard, plus advanced security and device management suitable for safeguarding‑aware environments [superhighways.org.uk]
Prices are set by Microsoft, exclude GST, and require an annual commitment. Month to month available but 20% surcharge
How we help
We support churches with eligibility checks, applications, setup and ongoing care. Our approach is relational and pastoral, ensuring technology supports ministry, safeguarding and collaboration without becoming a burden.
If you are already using Microsoft 365, I can add these subscriptions to your setup and manage them for you. This really helps ensuring you have the right licences assigned to the right people and ensures not too many of the paid licences are needed keeping costs down
